A formwork panel is a three-layer board of dense pine, glued crosswise, with a central framed core. The surface is polished and treated with urea-melamine resin: the concrete comes off smooth, the panel cleans easily and does not absorb moisture. Cross-gluing gives strength and dimensional stability, while the protective coating provides water resistance and resistance to aggressive environments. The raw material is our own pine timber from 100% FSC-certified forests.

Packing and loading
| Thickness | Packing | Loading rate |

| 27 mm | 40 pcs/pack | 1500–1520 m²/truck |
Advantages
- Reusability. The panel works cycle after cycle, so a larger concreted area comes out cheaper.
- Perpendicular gluing of layers. Holds high surface loads and resists tension and bending — the concrete comes off clean, smooth and even.
- Yellow urea-melamine impregnation. Treated under temperature and pressure, it protects the surface from cracking and reduces adhesion to concrete and moisture absorption.
- Central framed core. An elastic vapour-protective edge impregnation keeps moisture out and protects against microbiological damage.
- Resistance to aggressive environments of the panel surface.
Applications
Monolithic construction — reusable concrete formwork.
| Formwork type | Application |
|---|---|
| Horizontal | Slab formwork |
| Vertical | Wall and column formwork |
| Special | Bridges, foundations, tunnel formwork |
The standard system is the panel together with the H20 formwork beam.
Certificates
- FSC — raw material from 100% FSC-certified forests.
- ÖNORM B 3023 — the Austrian panel manufacturing standard (source of the 5-percentile bending and modulus values).
- EN 13353 — solid wood panels (SWP).
- ISO 9001 — factory quality system.
Why Rezult
The formwork panel grows from the same pine raw material as our timber, KVH and CLT — our own sawmill in Korosten, intaking 1.2 million m³ of round wood a year. We control the chain from log intake to the pack of panels on the truck, so the origin is transparent and the geometry repeatable from batch to batch. Stand on Quality.
Certificates & standards
